Harmonix and MTV Games announced the release of three exclusive Green Day tracks on the Rock Band Music store today. Faux rockers can break out the eyeliner and nose plugs for a trio of songs off their recently released album 21st Century Breakdown, including "21 Guns", "Know Your Enemy" and "East Jesus Nowhere." This is the first pack to be released by the politically charged rock band Green Day after Harmonix announced an exclusive deal in June. In addition to Green Day, there are 11 tracks from artists participating in the RockStar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival now available.
Wii owners get an extended track pack this week with a total of 28 new titles available for purchase. Included in the release are the songs from Green Day, the RockStar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival participants, and fourteen songs previously released on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
