You know the rhythm-game genre is burgeoning when older games from the genre are getting remakes. Sega has announced that they are bringing the Dreamcast rhythm classic Samba De Amigo, to the Nintendo Wii. Gamers will be able to use the Wii remote and Nunchuk in place of the famous maracas from the Dreamcast version. In Samba De Amigo players shake the remotes to the beats of the upbeat samba soundtrack comprised of new songs as well as favorites from the original. Look for Samba De Amigo in the Spring of 2008.
