Stunt Flyer, originally released in PAL regions for the Nintendo Wii, has been ported to the Switch and recently to Xbox Series consoles. Ultimate Games has now transitioned this wholesome digital playground to current Playstation systems and plays just like the other versions.
Everything mentioned in my Switch and Xbox articles still hold true so there is no point in retreading these steps here. The only difference I found were some weird graphical issues with some sections of the water, where they had glitchy transparency effects applied, but it doesn’t break the game by any means. Also, there is still no option to invert the control (this is plane flying sim so down is always up and up is always down, my preferred control method, but some might not like this). Finally, some mission objectives, like flying close to the water, doesn’t always trigger so there are some noticeable, although slight, bugs. The draw distance seems to be on par with the Xbox version over the Switch original too.
Stunt Flyer is much more of a digital playground than an actual game, but this is what makes it so enjoyable. It is refreshing to play such a casual, low stress game in 2025. I’ve been saying this since I first played the Switch version – don’t sleep on this one. The kiddie visual might not look the most impressive, and they are not, but this low-cost download is loaded with a stupid amount of wholesome charm.

Moreso a digital toy within a digital playground, Stunt Flyer is as casual and wholesome as it gets. Don’t be mislead by the kiddie visuals. This is a stressless, enjoyable digital download.
