Yes Sony fanboys, you read right, Sony and David Jaffe (the man behind [i]God of War[/i]) are parting ways . . . sort of. According to criminalcrackdown.blogspot.com, Jaffe has indeed left Sony to form an independent company named Eat Sleep Play. The company will be run by David Jaffe and Scott Campbell, the former head of Incognito.
Not all is lost for all you Sony lovers, a 3 game console/handheld exclusive deal has been signed between ESP and Sony. In the mean time, Eat Sleep Play will be porting [i]Twisted Metal: Head On[/i] to the PS2 from the PSP. The game will feature levels from the unreleased [i]Twisted Metal Black: Part II[/i]. [i]Twisted Metal: Head On[/i] for the PS2 will not be part of the 3 game exclusive deal with Sony.
