Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour (Gamecube, 2003) can be linked with Mario Golf: Advance Tour on Gameboy Advance.
The link feature is similar to the N64 Mario Golf Transfer Pak functionality. Meaning, your handheld characters get pushed into the console game, playable in full 3D, while new Mario characters get unlocked in the GBA title. Clubs, taunts, and extra holes can also be unlocked if you play enough. However, it is best to first level up your characters in the GBA game otherwise they will be under powered in the console version.
