Due to reports from owners of the Deluxe Edition of Demon's Souls for PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system that some copies of the Official Strategy Guide were experiencing unusual cover ink wear/fading, Atlus launched the Demon's Souls Official Strategy Guide Replacement Program, allowing eligible customers to receive a brand new strategy guide if theirs is defective. Customers who wish to replace their strategy guide are asked to follow the easy, step-by-step instructions available on the Demon's Souls website http://www.demons-souls.com/stratguide
The Demon's Souls Official Strategy Guide Replacement Program will end on December 31, 2009 so customers are encouraged to submit their replacement claim as soon as possible, allowing 8-12 weeks for shipping.
