PSP in desperate need of a Firewall

No strangers to hacking into Sony’s portable machine as we found out when their first “big break” of being able to use the Wipeout Pure’s “download content” feature as a web browser (which circulated weeks prior to this). The people at psphacks.net have been working tirelessly since the launch of the PSP to find every small hole into the portable system to bring gamers up to date with the various cheats and hacks they have uncovered. And yet they have done it again by cracking the PSP UMD’s, the gaming disc’s, format code. By cracking the UMB code they have been able to release the ISO files from various PSP games and burn them onto regular CD’s. The games that have been ripped thus far are Vampire Chronicles: The Chaos Tower (Japanese versions) WipeOut Pure(US version) and Ridge Race(Japanese version). As stated on psphacks.net they have not found the way to actually play the ripped code from the games on a CD, they have just been able to copy but as mostly all can assume, you will soon find a copy of Wipeout Pure at your nearest KaZaa search.
