Namco Hometek Inc. today released new screenshots from Tales of Legendia(TM), the latest epic story in the renowned Tales series. Developed exclusively for the PS2, Tales of Legendia combines the extraordinary depth of an RPG with the furiously fast real-time battles of an authentic fighting game.
Highlighting some of the fast-paced battles and emotionally-charged stories players will experience in Tales of Legendia, these seven new screens feature animated skits, beautiful environments and enormous enemies.
Tales of Legendia will utilize technology from Namco?s legendary ?SOULCALIBUR(R)? fighting game series, and allows players to battle huge monsters with a combat system that feels more like a fighting game using X-LiMBS ? the new Crossover Linear Motion Battle System.
