According to this month’s Electronics Gaming Monthly magazine's Rumor Mill, Microsoft may be planning to make an attempt to buy the huge Japanese publisher, Capcom. As the company behind a long list of international blockbusters, Capcom has a long list of titles that would greatly bolster Microsoft’s exclusive series including Mega Man, Street Fighter, Devil May Cry, Resident Evil and Onimusha. Though this is only a rumor, if this proves true, it would completely rebalance the game industry, and would greatly set back Sony, who would lose several of their most popular franchises. Make sure to keep an eye out on this, which you can do right here at Mygamer.
