Hudson Entertainment just announced that an enhanced version of the arcade hit, BurgerTime, is now available on cell phones. This updated edition of the game, titled BurgerTime Special, is guaranteed to be beefier, juicier, and more fat inducing than ever. As of right now, the game is live on T-Mobile and will be produced to other major cell phone carrier by the end of the year.
"'BurgerTime' has been a hugely popular arcade game for years. It's been released on systems ranging from the Apple II to the Nintendo GameBoy(R)," said John Greiner, President of Hudson Entertainment. "'BurgerTime Special' will appeal to both classic gamers who loved the arcade original and casual gamers looking for a fun, new mobile experience."
The US and Japan both fell in love with BurgerTime back when the game was released in 1982. But this new version specially created for cell phones, sports new enhanced graphics, style, and animations. The new levels and new enemies will create a new atmosphere for the classic gameplay.
