Bringing another former FASA property back from the dead, Microsoft has announced Shadowrun, to be released simultaneously on the Xbox 360 and Windows Vista. (To our knowledge, no Windows XP version is planned.) Based upon the combination fantasy/cyberpunk pen-and-paper RPG of the same name, Shadowrun is going to be a team-based squad shooter, akin to Counter-Strike and the Battlefield series. We can expect Shadowrun to land on store shelves in January 2007.
