Amazing Island, which was published by Sega in 2004, has a Gamecube to GBA connectivity link cable function that is pretty deep and detailed.
By making monsters in the GC version, they can be transferred into empty GBA’s to battle in card format against AI monsters or other players through the multiplayer link cable.
