I would have to say Sin in Final Fantasy X too and the following battle after that because i had leved up and maxed out my aeons and i had to face them one by one and it took me a very long time to beat. Also i would have to say the boss battles in Ninja Gaiden because those are really tough.

I always make it a point of finishing a game because thats what i bought them for and thats why game designers made them. They put a lot of time and effort into the campaign mode.

More Money! Wow, if we have to pay for 2 different games thats a total rip off. If they don't have vs. then the game won't be as good as it was and wont sell all that great, but co op will be a cool new feature to play on and warm-up with before a game.
