I keep looking at Rift. I may check that one out. I don't currently play any F2P games, but I'm probably going to give one or two a try. I'm moving away from WoW slowly but surely, and it's just hard to think of starting all over on a new game after having played this one for 7+ years.

Do you collect things like weapons, armor, novelty items, toys, etc? I tend to collect armor and weapons that look cool or are hard to get, and I also like the novelty items or limited time items. I guess collecting isn't all that different from achievement, just a different prize. lol

I only like challenging achievements, such as for raiding or rated PvP. Any achievement that requires luck, depends on others, or ridiculous RNG, doesn't interest me. If it's tough to get, that's cool. If it's impossible to get without luck or other people playing perfectly, meh.

I think the stigma is less prevalent than it once was, but I still see aspects of it from time to time. I find it weird that some people turn their nose up when they stop by and see me playing a game, but wouldn't think twice if I was being a potato in front of the TV. lol

Do you play with any older gamers? Like, do you raid or PvP with any older people on your team? I know some people think it's weird, but why shouldn't older people play? It's fun, and if they can keep up and not hold back the team, why not? Does age matter to you at all?

Some games, or parts of them, can literally give me motion sickness. Has anyone else experienced this? I can't play a game that makes me feel nauseous. I've also had some games just give me a headache. Anyone else?

I don't think I actually hated any of them. I just didn't play the ones I didn't like. Well, okay, in more recent times, I guess I "hate" the ones that can actually give me motion sickness.

I agree, thepieeatingjay, the games were fun but half the fun was getting out to hang out with other people. I loved high score competitions as well. Ah, the good old days.
