Nintendo is going to be setting up DS Download Stations at major retail stores like Target, Walmart, and Gamestop. You will be able to download Metroid Prime Hunter movies, Mario Kart DS demo, Meteos demo, and much more all for free. You simply just stand next to the download station, and set your DS up to receive the demo via wireless connection. The demo will stay in your system's hardware until you turn the power off.

unforunately, I couldn't find the exact link that says where this DL stations will be located. When I find it, I will post it.
 
Nintendo was broadcasting their signals last year from their booth at E3, but so many people downloading off of it, it crashed a many times and was really slow. But look for these booths popping up in stores near you. and be sure to take advantage of them.
