Top Ten for the PS2

My top ten favorite games for the PS2 are:

1. Resident Evil 4

Either I'm not remembering many PS2 games I have played, or I haven't played many PS2 games. Just doesn't seem to be as many awesome titles for the PS2 as there were for the PS1. However, what it lacks in quantity, it redeems in quality (thank you Mr. Ueda and Yamaoka). Okami might go up there if I ever get a chance to play it. God of War and Katamari Damacy will not go up there. Good games in their own ways, but just didn't do it for me. I played RE4 on the 'cube.
 
See, I was thinking of putting SH2 up there, since it was a badass game. But I put in my beloved fighting games instead.

I can't put GoW up there because to me it was not that great and jaw dropping to me. Don't get me wrong it was a GREAT GAME. And was well needed. I loved the hate, but it's replay value to me is a little off. Once I played it the second time because I did not know what the muse kyes was for I stopped right after. And RE4 will never make the my PS2 list because it was much better on the Cube in my eyes.

1) The sprites were downsized, making many of the combos available in the Cast and Arcade version unusable.
2) The game doesn't look as good.
3) The game was made VERY quickly. Because of that, there is lots of slowdown, especially when you call in your partners. Pretty much, it's a quicky port.
4) Sound is terrible. Assuming it keeps the sound. Lots of levels, the music doesn't even work.
5) Ridiculously expensive. 80 bucks? No frickin way.

That's about all the game that survived to still be played today. Though I'm glad to see another Suikoden fan. Those are few and far between it seems.
