Rate Mario Sunshine for the Gamecube. 1-10 scale

I am in the process of collecting Gamecube games, (my favorite system) and I realized I never played Mario Sunshine. I was thinking about getting that for my next purchase and was wondering what the community thinks about it now a days. I realize there are a lot of reviews for it, but sometimes thoughts and feelings change about a game over time, (Wind Waker).

So now that we have experienced newer 3d mario games, how does Sunshine hold up?

I enjoyed Mario Sunshine and still play this on occasion. The graphics really hold up really well, even today. However, I did find the gameplay to be pretty frustrating at times and I was not a fan of the camera. FLUDD is really fun to use though. On a scale of 1-10, I would score Mario Sunshine a 7. I would recommend playing it though be prepared to be frustrated.
