Y'know, now that you mention it, when I visited Toronto on business back in 2000, I remember there was all this talk in the news at the time of changes made to real-estate regulations which forced a lot of renters out of their apartments. When I walked around, I saw a LOT of people just sitting on the street or walking around in a bit of a daze...they looked healthy, wore decent clothes and many were young, but it was clear that they were without a place to stay. So, I take it there hasn't been a complete resolution to that issue yet :(
 
Nope. We have a mayoral election coming up in November. The "other" candidate wants to take slightly more drastic measures to solve the homelessness issue. I'm not sure what those measures are (haven't taken the time to look into it yet), but if it's anything short of locking them up just for being homeless, I think it might be time for something a little more aggressive.

Anyway, now that I've waxed political in a totally inappropriate thread:

I'm buying the sh*t out of a Wii when it's released. Oh yeah.
 
Yeah...my wallet tells me it's going to leave me if I even think about buying the PS3 at launch. Since I already have a 360, the Wii for me it will be!

Yay!!! Starship Troopers! Best movie ever!!! (they should really release a PSP movie for it XD I know a couple people who would honestly and truly buy it)

And Meego they did make Starship Troopers for the PSP there are still soem floating around somewhere.
