Pros and Cons of PS3

Pro-
Blu Ray player.
Metal Gear Solid 4.

Con-
Doesn't have Xbox Live.
Doesn't have MGS4 out yet.
Costs 100 more than the 360.
 
yeah the blu ray is an excellent feature

and also heavenly swordon the ps3 looks good

Has their been any reports out yet on 1st gen PS3 crapping out like the PSX and PS2? Just wondering, thats one of the reasons I haven't gotten one yet, No way I'm replacing that after a year or two.
 
I don't think there is much crapping out like there was with the 360. The PS3 might cost more but you get alot more fetaures than the 360. I seen a Blue Ray player for £600.00 Why would I pay that when I can just spend £425.00 for a gaming console and a Blue Ray player built in. And I did just that, I spend £425.00 on an amazing console and have had no problems so far.
 
To correct you, yes there have been reports of glitching PS3s. The backwards compatibilty is pretty bad (though still better than the 360's). And I've heard of both freezing and over-heating. Not to mention the load times.

But yeah, it's not as technically bad as the 360's was, IMO.
