LoL: NA Packet Loss

Anyone else fed up with the packet loss currently plaguing the North American League of Legends servers. I've been playing LoL for about 3-4 years now and I have never seen it this bad. It is currently unplayable for me.
 
Maybe its their servers, maybe more people than usual have gotten attracted to the game, maybe their servers are old and need replaced. Have you made sure it is not on your end? Make sure you check your own ping and your own FPS just to be safe. I have never ever had a problem with LoL servers but I na in asia too :) And I play thru Garena Plus.

Its packet loss, it has nothing to do with Ping or FPS. The network connection from myself to the Riot games servers is dropping packets somewhere along the way, resulting in the game stuttering. It feels like you get disconnected for 1-2 secs and then the game catches up. It only happens on certain ISPs and in certain regions.
