Is this thing worth the $$

What kind of reason do you need to get a PSP? Basically if you do not have one you are not cool. See, how hard is that.
 
It may not be worth it right now, but the better games are coming. There is no pressing need to get one today, but you should definitely think about getting one in a few months. Awsome games like GTA, Burnout, Madden, Advent Shadow, and Infected will make the PSP a definite buy later on.

But i bought a psp and i live in the UK!!! Got mine on a japanese import and i must say i am damn impressed! Especially with the web browser now i can surf the net on my psp actually im posting this message from my psp! but the text entry does take a little long and this site takes alot of time to load as theres alot of images for it to handle at once....but it copes.
 
Good for you! Now buy some of that Japanese porn. Then you'll be the coolest kid on the block dammit! The whole block!
 
Have you guys forgotten homebrew? I could play all the GBA games on the psp. And now that every psp is hacked again. Its easy to have homebrew.
