i am not one of the lucky pre-order people because i have no money, but i am waiting breathlessly to play the next chapter, GW owns to whoever says it doesnt.
It certainly has some things going for it that no other MMO does, mainly in skill-based (vs. level-based) content and, of course, no monthly subscription fee. Should be a real interesting few weeks. :cookiemon
i ave this a try witha couple of friends and we ultmatly gave it up becouse we ran into a lot a imutare gamers. the final straw was 3 of us where in a group doing an esscort mish and we fail becouse the other 3 people where too busy drawinf penis on the mini-map to help any. after that we reverted back to games like WoW and CoH where you have to pay a monthy free that seem to cut back on the imuturty drasticly.
yea i totally know what you mean, but i think if u get into a nice guild with sum people that r into the game and enjoy it, instead of kids that just dick around, then it makes the game alot more fun. I am continually impressed with the graphics, and im runnin on a medium gaming computer. I also agree with Imago in the way the GW has pretty large array of skills and different builds you can make for either PvP or the story mode.
I played GW up to lvl 10. I enjoyed it but just wanted a deeper experience then it was giving me. I think I may give it another shot eventually but now its just collecting dust. Another problem I had though it it liked to randomly drop me. This sucked because I would be in a party with my friends...get d/ced and couldnt get back in on the mission.
