I have done some web developemnt in the past but never any game development.Is game development harder in your opinion?

I've never done any web development myself but I do have a ? about a licensing contract for video game I have based on a TV show.
The game is murder she wrote 2 return to cabot cove made for the windows platform in 2013. Can anyone tell me if warner bros still
has a licensing contract with legacy interactive(who made the game)?I tried to find out myself but got nowhere. Please help as I would
like to (hopefully)be able to play the game again(it quit playing several months before my computer upgraded to windows 11).Thank

I don't have knowledge on how to develop games. A lot of people are getting into developing mobile games and it's gaining more popularity every day. I have heard something about using Roblox to create or develop games. I'm still going to look into it.
