what exactly are you trying to link up with online PC's?
If it's data sharing you want, the 360 already does that.
If it's being able to play the same game on your 360 against someone with the same game on a PC, that capability is coming with the newest games coming soon.
If it's something else you're looking to do with that, i would need more elaboration....and more beer
