Name that tune...please

Ok...I'm trying to find this song that I know very little about...it's a dance song and the guy talks through and says stuff like "the the left now.." basically calls out where you go and you do it.

it's driving me crazy because in my head i can hear the song but none of the words really...ugh...

Only thing that comes to mind is the Stereo MCs old hit, "Step It Up". The lyrics there go something like "To the left / To the right / Step it up, step it up, it's all riiight".
