Fantasy Football is now OPEN. Yahoo is letting us set up a league now, with time to set up a live draft. Therefore my fellow MGers, it's time we start preparing ourselves for Mygamer's first Fantasy Football season!

A solid number of MGers said they wamted in on the last thread so just say you want in here, and I'll add you to the list.

I'm going to try setting up a live offline draft, meaning that all of us get together on an AIM chat, goof around, have fun and pick out our players. So I'll try and set things up so that we all have the chance to get together (it'll probably be on a Sunday night).

For Fantasy Football newbs, I can give you a hand in draft and team maintenance, and I definitely won't coerce you out of your good players.

BTW, I'll also post up the tier lists for each position, big board (a general rank of all players) and all that other good stuff as it comes available.

Edit: Oh, BTW, there'll be a prize for the winner, sponsored by your pals at Mygamer, which will be announced when things progress.

So, we going to be able to get this thing going? I thought there were quite a few people interested in doing this?
 
Asylum is going to be in, in all likelihood. I'm gonna probably poke at some other MGers to join, too. I'll make it work.
 
Yeah, but they just said on the news that he only hurt his face (broken nose, busted lip, hurt cheekbones, etc).
So he should be fine.

How bout Steve Mcnair? He actually has a receiving corps to work with, AND TODD HEAP.
 
Roethlisberger also suffered some knee injuries. Not serious, but its and injury. I don't expect him to play the same at all this year.
 
You can never tell, though. McNabb was throwing and running fine all last season, with a leg, chest and shoulder injury...until he got creamed for the season.
 
Spuds wanted me to post the fact that I am joining the league as well. Every fantasy football league needs someone to reside in the basement, and I have come to claim that spot.
