I would say Ghost Rider, but that movie comes out next year with Nic Cage as the Flaming Skull himself.

Ultimate Nick Fury is way better than the normal universe Nick. Ultimate Nick Fury actually has some life in the character. The standard Nick is really dull at times.

I think an Avengers movie would be pretty cool. I'm sure they'd have to have a costume redesign like they did with X-Men, but I'm sure it could work.
