I have a 56K modem, and I don't have a high ping, but when I try to play online, all the servers keep telling me that server is for low ping players only. But when I try to play a high ping, the same thing happens, or there is so much lag time, I can't even play. Any one have any ideas on how to fix this?

First you have to look at how many programs you have running at that time.......On top of that, run a check on your speed, even though its 56K, there are tests out there online......You also may have to decrease some of your visibility settings.....The picture won't look great, but you MAY run faster....And if all that fails, you might wanna think about upgrading to high-speed internet, or at the very least, a step above what you're running on now for dial-up
