Konami announced yesterday evening [i]Yu-Gi-Oh!:Official Card game[/i] is going online with the cooperation of Konami Computer Entertainment Japan.
The [i]Yu-Gi-Oh! Online[/i] CD-Rom will be bundled with “V Jump” magazine in Japan, “Shonen Jump” in the US, and “Banzai” in Germany. After installing the disc, gamers need to go to the official website for an ID and password.
The test period will be free of charge, however fees for the full scale launch were not released.
While December 18 is just the beginning of the test phase, full service will be available in the Spring 2005 in Japan, US, and Europe.
