Nintendo’s Swedish website has announced that the Opera Web Browser for the Wii should be released within the next two weeks. The Opera Browser (Channel) will be available for free download until June 2007. With these reports coming from their Swedish site they may be for Europe only, but even if they are a US release shouldn’t be far behind.
Alternately, the Forecast Channel should start on December 20th with the News Channel appearing on January 27th. Keep it here for all the Wii news as we get it.
