According to Gamespy.com, The Sims 2 has gone gold and should be released on Friday, September 17th. While not officially announced GameSpy claims to have “…confirmation from EA sources that its eagerly anticipated The Sims 2 title has gone gold and is on track for its Sept. 17 release.” We will have more on this once the word is official.
The Sims 2 is rated T for Teen because of Crude Humor, Sexual Themes and violence. It will retail for $49.99.
