Midway's [i]Stranglehold[/i] has received two dates of release. The Xbox 360 and PC versions will hit store shelves late August, while the PS3 version will be out on Sptember 17. There will also be separate collector's editions for the 360 and PS3.
The PS3 collector's edition will come with the John Woo flick, [i]Hard Boiled[/i] on Blu-Ray disc. The collector's Xbox 360 version will come with a bonus disc icluding: Poetry in Slow Motion- a behind the scenes documentary on the style of John Woo in videogames, extended cinematic sequences, an MTV studio visit, concept art, and an insiders look at the sound design of [i]Stranglehold[/i].
