Sega of Europe announced this morning they would be publishing [i]Blood Will Tell[/i], a modern day action epic title based off the classic Manga by [i]Astro Boy[/i] creator Osamu Tezuka. Planning to stick to the original story of the Manga, the game will follow the adventures of Hyakkimaru, a tortured Samurai warrior on a quest to uncover his past and regain his missing body parts. Players will also be able to battle with blades embedded in Hyakkimaru’s arms along with many others.
“This Manga inspired fighting game has all the look and feel of a martial arts epic,” said Mike Hayes, Managing Director of Sega Europe Ltd. “Players will find themselves immersed in an expansive, detailed 3D environment where puzzle solving and swordplay go hand-in-hand”
[i]Blood Will Tell[/i] is coming to Europe sometime this year for the PlayStation 2.
