It turns out that the most committed of Sony's legions of fans, those who sat out on sidewalks in rain, wind, snow and sleet, have decided that it really wasn't worth it after all. This thought has dug into them so deeply that they are apparently trying to get their PS3s traded in for Nintendo Wiis. The chatter on the Internet reveals no cast iron reason for this mysterious turnaround, but several theories are discussed.
