During a recent Nintendo conference concerning the 2006 and 2007 software for the DS and Wii, it was revealed that Japan will see 18 Wii games and 60 Virtual Console titles by the end on 2006.
The big announcement though came when they announced that starting in spring 2007, Nintendo will start the "Wii Compact Software" line of games that allows users to download certain Wii games right to the console instead of purchasing a disc.
