A new search compiled by the UK University and Liverpool John Moores University has studied that by playing your Wii console, you can loose up to 27 pounds. This study became aware due a Philadelphia male by the name of Micky DeLorenzo, who claims that he had lost nine pounds in a month by playing Wii Sports for thirty minutes a day. UK and Liverpool geek heads could not get enough of this and compiled their own study, with five girls and seven boys between the ages of thirteen and fifteen years old. The kids were measured on three levels of enery rates, calories burned, and heart rate. The study proved that by playing only fifteen minutes of Wii, those youngsters burned off calories, had an increasing heart rate, and showed high energy levels. To bad they only did a study on thirteen and fifteen year old boys and girls. Adults like me and you have to do a little more to remove the beer gut and love handles.
