MW3 Pre-Order Bonus



With a new attempt to suck every dollar out of their latest FPS, Activision announced some extra pre-order bonuses for Modern Warfare 3 purchasers and released the press release below:

Attention Call of Duty fans: Trying to find tickets or score a tournament spot for the first-ever ultimate fan experience, Call of Duty XP? Well, this could be your lucky day. GameStop recently announced additional pre-order exclusive opportunities for customers who pre-order Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3: the chance to win tickets to Call of Duty XP and the chance to win a guaranteed tournament spot for the Call of Duty XP tournament.

Customers who pre-order the most anticipated game of the year, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 at U.S. GameStop stores or online at can enter to win one of 450 regular tickets to the mega event.   All entries must be received by Aug. 10, 2011.

A second exclusive gives Modern Warfare 3 pre-order customers the opportunity to win a team entry for the ultimate Call of Duty: Black Ops tournament at Call of Duty XP. The winner will have the opportunity to compete amongst the best Call of Duty players in the world in the one million dollar tournament. All entries must be received by Aug. 5, 2011.
