MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf goes gold

[i]MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf[/i] has officially gone gold, according to a press release issued by Microsoft today. In the highly anticipated sequel, gamers will have the chance to take on the opposition in more than five destructable worlds.

Alongside the upcoming release, Microsoft has also launched a [a]http://mechassault2.xbox.com/[aa]mini-site[/a] for the game. Upon visiting, users are sure to find a host of information on the game, including a war chest that contains all the goods. A backdrop of the game’s story is also available where mech and vehicle specifications can be found.

[i]MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf[/i] is rated T for teen and hits stores on December 28.
