InnerSpace Coming to Switch, PS4, X1 and PC – Trailer Here

InnerSpace

Aspyr Media and PolyKnight Games announced that their exploration-flying game InnerSpace is coming to the Nintendo Switch. Set in a universe of inverted physics, InnerSpace sets players into the role of “the cartographer” who is tasked with uncovering long forgotten secrets of the ancients deities that once inhabited the land. Discover paths to uncharted worlds, where gravity pulls outward, instead of grounding to the planet’s center.

“The idea for InnerSpace came to us when we were playing, of all games, Super Mario Galaxy,” said Eric Brodie, CEO of PolyKnight Games. “We wondered what would happen if we incorporated those mind-bending physics and puzzles into a flying game, and InnerSpace was born. A mind-bending game on a mind-bending console. As young developers finishing our first game, which started as a KickStarter project, we couldn’t be more excited.”

InnerSpace is coming soon at an expected retail price of $19.99 on Switch, Playstation 4, Xbox One, PC, Mac, and Linux. Release dates are incoming.

Features

InnerSpace is an exploration flying game currently in development for PC, Mac, and Linux. Set in a world where physics are inverted, explore the setting of interconnected, inverted spheres. Each is an interior world of once-inhabited islands surrounded by water, where gravity pulls outwards, away from the center. Piloting an agile aircraft, take the role of an unnamed cartographer to explore the various bubble-worlds, collect relics, and encounter each bubble’s unique patron deity- all to discover more about the universe, its history, and its future.
