Like it or not, Gameboy Advance and GameCube connectivity is here to stay. Nintendo has been heavily pushing this GameCube specific feature for quite some time with mixed results. Their next big effort in popularizing connectivity is The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventure. Like it’s little brother, which came bundled with the GBA version of A Link to the Past, Four Swords Adventure places four miniature Links together as they help and compete with each other.

The American release of Four Swords Adventure features two modes of play: Hyrule Adventure and Shadow Battle mode. Hyrule Adventure is where the meat lies in this game and is as close to a story mode as the game will get. Princess Zelda has been captured once again and it’s up to Link to save the day
