Okay, I set up a new #mygamer chatroom on the gamesurge network.
For those of you who know how to join already, just go to gamesurge (irc.gamesurge.net) on your client and join #mygamer
For those who have no idea how to join, follow these instructions:
1. Go to mirc.com and download the latest client.
2. Once downloaded and installed, open the program. I think the options menu will pop up so you can put in your nickname. If not, go to the hammer+folder icon on the top and click it.
3. After that is taken care of, go to the options menu if you're not already there and go to "Server" under the "Connect" drop-down menu.
4. Under the "IRC Network" menu, choose "Gamesurge" as a network. Click the "Connect to Server" button to connect.
5. Once connected, a little window will pop up to tell you what do you want to join. Type #mygamer in the box.
6. Chat away!
