EA Sports UFC - Reviews please?

So I'm thinking about buying an Xbox/PS4, and this game is like 75% of the reason why I'm thinking about it...
I'll also enjoy playing other games of course, but this game really is the main reason for me buying a gaming system.
And I just read two comments from people who didn't have very nice things to say about it...

Can you folks share what you think is wrong about the game?

I think they'd be better off not following Madden & other sports games releasing the game yearly. I understand the need to update characters & stats but you also lose out on a lot of progression in actual game play & the game generally. There was a time period that they were releasing sports games because something new & interesting was developed for game play. I preferred that.
