Nevermind. After many days of searching and listening, I have figured it out! It's from Beethoven's 9th symphony, Ode to Joy (choral). It's not the most recognized part of that song, btw, but something else in it. Plays during a part in a movie called Nostalghia.
I was almost ready to record the piece of music from the movie and post it somewhere and have someone listen and try to identify it. But nevermind.
