Oh I get what you mean, and it irritates the hell out of me. I have the same problem with Dots 2, a brilliant little puzzle game, but it seems like it was created purely to get the free to play money they couldnt get out of the original game.

This may be controversial, but I've never seen the appeal of angry birds. I mean it's great that it's basically reinvented the Finnish economy and all that, but I never found it that fun. Right now on my phone I'm playing subway surfers, dots, and 2048

I am a MASSIVE fan of 2048, great for mindless, time sapping fun. While I will admit to having a soft spot for fruit ninja and subway surfers, the app which gets the most time right now is 2048. Also up there for me is dots, and dots 2 (even though its free to play, which i usually can't abide).

I find it just so irritating to have to buy all the constant level ups and extra lives. I would MUCH rather pay for the game up front, then have access to all the content. It's one of my main gripes with mobile games (apps, not games on mobile consoles), but I dont see the trend going away...
