    What's the Most Difficult Megaman?

Oh, yeah! The original Megaman game I remember was extremely frustrating at times. Even with the minor bosses such as Gutsman and also that pesky speed demon Bombman (I hated that fleet-footed midget). Cutman was easy enough though and also Iceman. I remember then, 3 of Electman's bolts will...

As a PC gamer, what is your opinion on controllers?

If you're playing games, especially RPGs and network games, the old mouse and keyboard configuration is enough to give you the control that you need to enable your characters in the game, but if you require more mobility out of your characters, controllers/joysticks will be best. Nothing beats...

    Rockstar Games Appreciation Thread

The first game I saw and played under the Rockstar banner was Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. Ole CJ and the gang was a really cool game, indeed. It had everything, the look, the sound, the feel, and the game play was tight. It was so nice. My favorite though, was the little known game, Bully. I...

Who was the Sexiest Female Character to You?

I kinda have a thing for female characters (who doesn't, right?), and I'm sure that most male game players would agree that games are a great source of celebrating the female form. Who in your mind is the most enticing, mesmerizing, too hot to handle character, a character so beautiful or sexy...

    Your Favourite Superhero Video Game

One video game that I remember as a favorite growing up was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, both I and II. I loved this game that was released for the NES if I'm not mistaken. The first version was cool enough and the game play was great. The second version had smoother graphics than the first one...

How much time do you spend on internet?

Since I work online these days, I would say that 8-10 hours a day I spend in the internet doing various things. I'm not complaining though, it pays the bills and I contribute to the family's income. It is a great gig.

What do you watch on Youtube?

Comedic posts what else. Every once in a while, I like a good laugh or two. Most of the characters of the posts I watch are the local variety here. They are real funny, I love funny videos and can't get enough of it. Stand up comics are nice, but sometimes can get a bit dull.

What game stands the test of time?

Starcraft is still the game for me. That old platform game still has it when it comes to player enjoyability. It has a good storyline, music score, the characters are well-developed and the gameplay is straight-forward but still as challenging. It's still great fun. I don't think the story...

What was the Most Challenging Boss You Have Ever Fought?

Evil bosses are the climax of every videogame. It is the stage where you vanquish the most sinister character in the game. For me, the most challenging videogame boss was Dr. Wiley in Megaman. Yeah, it's child's play now, but during that time, he was one heavy SOB. Maybe it was because, before...

Where do you buy your games?

When I was younger, the PS1 was king. I usually buy the game cds in local malls here, the ones who sell toys and music cds at the same time. I can still remember the titles I bought during that time, Silent Hill, Dino Crisis, Metal Gear Solid, NBA 98 and 99 and Knockout Kings 1 and 2. Great times.

What consoles do you currently own that still work?

My old Nintendo system (NES) should work if I plugged it in a good socket. I used to also own a Playstation 1 but it does not work anymore. Besides, most of the fun games for me were from the NES anyway. I got a lot of memories playing that thing. Sometimes, stayed overnight to finish a game...

    Best Villian/Boss?

The enemy or big boss in Double Dragon was my favorite. I can remember some of his moves, the big scorpion kick will send you flying to the other side of the screen. That was on the NES Double Dragon. A very, very cool game during the late 80s.

    Music-themed games over?

People will never get tired of movement and simulated dance. It's our nature to wiggle around while playing, making the player a part of the game, more than just the hands. A console will always come out to power another game that makes use of people moving.

Parents: Do you follow the rating labels when buying a game for kids?

I'm a parent and to me, it depends on how old my kid is. Violence is all around us, even with the tv off, negative influences are always there. They will not be kids forever, but with proper guidance, they may fall in the right path still amidst the negativity. I religiously pick the material my...

    Games You Are Bad At

I'm very bad at fighting games. Sadly, I love watching them being played by good players. I wish I had that kind of hand-eye coordination. I can't do combos and I do not possess the dexterity needed in my fingertips to execute a decent fighting move. Oh, I hate that.

    What is your favorite RPG?

My favorite rpg game ever was Final Fantasy VI (to some people Final Fantasy III), I loved the story behind it and the gameplay. Well, mostly the story as its graphics are more like cardboard cutouts on screen and didn't move much. It's the journey and virtual story delivery that got me...

    Good Beat Em Ups?

Fighting games had been around for a very long time. Since videogaming was at its infancy, it was already established that people could bash heads with a computer or with each other in the form of virtual combat. Aside from Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat, what other beat em up titles do you...

How old were you when you first got into gaming?

I don't think I ever got much into the whole gaming bit. Maybe, because of the fact that you have to be quite good in order to be a gamer. I wasn't blessed with that kind of hand-eye coordination and dexterity. I still love beat em up games though, love watching experienced gamers battle it out.

Do you think kids play games too much?

Well, I think in the 80s, when we were growing up, this was out version of tv addiction. We just couldn't stand not watching the telly. If we part with it for a few seconds, it's like a lifetime. That is their generation's version of that addiction. Every generation has theirs. Soon, when...

    Most Annoying Video Game Character

Yeah, he was a bullshit character, hehehehe, he was even more annoying on the cartoon. Super Mario Bros Super Show I think was the name. Toad's voice is pesky as hell too.
