X-Box has been given the official license of Fifa 2006 according to a press release that was released today. X-Box plans to work along with Fifa to get some special offers out for Fifa fans. Microsoft is planning to hold a 3 month long online tour with Fifa 2005 starting in October and going until December of this year.
Urs Linsi, general secretary of Fifa had this to say. “This innovative project concept will enable us to exploit further opportunities to promote and develop the game of football at all levels worldwide.”
With these three giants of entertainment teaming up we can expect to see great things from them in the very near future.
