EA and counsel representing former computer programmers have reached a settlement agreement on claims for overtime compensation.
Under the agreement, EA will pay out $14.9 million to cover all claims made by the former employees as well as legal fees. Eligible class members will receive a claim form. Any portion that goes unclaimed will be donated to the Ronald McDonald Charities to establish scholarship funds.
Settlement of the case is still pending approval by the Superior Court of San Mateo County, California.
