Assassin's Creed is one of those games that catch your eyes just by the simply stunning looks. Set in 1191 AD, smack-dab in the middle of the Third Crusade, you play as Altair, an assassin bent on ending the war by systematically slaying as many Muslims and Christians. The environments are highly interactive, and the physics are very well-done. The launch date is up in the air at this time, but isn't going to be out until 2007. It is currently planned to be a PS3 exclusive.
