World Cyber Games 2004 concludes

The World Cyber Games, a worldwide video game tournament, completed their five day Finals tournament last Sunday. The Finals tournament held in San Francisco hosted over 600 players from 62 countries and saw an estimated 30,000 visitors. The tournament mostly had gamers compete in PC and Xbox games.

Breaking down the competition by country, the Netherlands won the most gold medals with three, but South Korea certainly won this tournament with the most medals won (two Gold, three Silver, one Bronze). The US finished the week with two Gold and one Bronze.

Below is the breakdown of Gold Medalists:
