Bought two of these to replace damaged Red Octane mats.Bottom line-these were about 40 a piece; rougly half of the Red Octane cost.Stayed away from Red Octane because of the horrible reviews and apparent lack of customer service.These mats are comparable with the Red Octane V2 we had (when those worked). Only odd thing is that they do smell like plastic when you unwrap them-I left them in the garage overnight and the smell was gone the next day-but the smell is strong initially.Overall very happy with the purchase.Red Octane really needs to get its act together if it continues to charge what it does for mats.Can't lose with these and I bought them from the Outlet on Amazon and they were under 40 a piece.BTW-a few said that they could feel the joints of the padding through the mat-you have the same issue with Red Octane-but my kids have never said anything about it. Good luck.
